On the eve of Zenith Energy’s probable appeal to the Oregon Supreme Court, local environmental activists will be out on the streets again, asking Zenith, and their legal eagles, Stoel Rives, to cease and desist. This huge law firm, which brags about its expert assistance to the “incredible growth of energy services over the last 15 years” here, must be racking up the billable hours as it bangs out the paperwork for one appeal after another for Zenith. When is enough, enough?
