On Tuesday, November 19th from 7 to 9 pm, DEQ will take public testimony about Zenith Energy’s application for a new air quality permit at the University of Portland, Buckley Center Auditorium, 5000 N Willamette Blvd. Online testimony will also be taken, but people who are there in person will be prioritized.
