Session 6: ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATIONS

On the website you can also find all DCAC meeting materials from past sessions including recordings, presentation slides, and summaries. A recording of the July 31st meeting will be posted to the website within 1-3 working days following the session.

As in past meetings, the DCAC will dedicate 30 minutes towards the end of the meeting for public comment. Comments for this meeting should be specific to the topic area and on the State’s interests relative to the session topic. Non- or multi-topic comments will be welcomed at the Public Listening Session #3, scheduled for Wednesday, September 23, from 4:00 – 7:00 pm PT.
Individuals wishing to participate in topical public comments during Session 6: ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATIONS must please request a 2-minute time slot via email to datacenter.ac@oregon.gov, 24-hours in advance. Please include:
- Name and affiliation (if applicable)
- Meeting Date and Topic
- A Brief Summary of Comments (focusing on the State’s interests in that topic)
15 slots will be booked on a first-come-first-served basis and a balance of comments received that the facilitator will announce at the start of the meeting, and again prior to the public comment period. Priority may be given to those who have not spoken at prior meetings to ensure the DCAC hears many voices.
